Choosing the GATE 2015 Exam Centres:
- Candidates have to opt for two primary choices and one secondary choice.
- When candidates choose a particular city as their first choice, then the corresponding zone to which this city belongs will appear, and candidates will be able to choose another city as their second choice only from this zone.
- These choices will be the primary choices in a specific zone.
- However, a third choice has also been introduced in GATE 2015, which will be the secondary choice.
- This secondary choice of exam city will be as specified by each zone and used only in case the primary choice of GATE 2015 Exam Centers is not available
- Candidates may note that the GATE committee may keep or remove a city from the list on account of operational constraints and candidates may be allotted a centre that may not be any one choice opted for by the candidates.
